We currently do not offer customisation or made-to-order services. All our products are designed and produced in standard sizes and styles as displayed on our website.
Our design team carefully curates each collection to maintain consistency in quality, craftsmanship, and fit across every piece.
If you’re looking for styling suggestions or size guidance, our team would be happy to help you find the best option from our existing range.
Each Kurta set includes two individual pieces: the Kurta and the trousers. Each item has its own respective MRP and is included in the bill accordingly. The detailed price breakup for each item will be included in the invoice provided with your order.
To redeem your gift card at checkout, please follow these steps:
- Select the product you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart.”
- Proceed to the checkout page and continue to the payment section.
- Click on “Redeem” under the “Have a Gift Card?” section, then enter your gift card code without spaces.
- Complete your order, and the gift card amount will be automatically adjusted.
Items marked as Out of Stock are usually restocked within a few weeks, unless they’re part of our Clearance section.

If you face any of the following issues:
- Missing items/Empty Parcel
- Order marked as delivered, but not received
- Damaged or tampered parcel
- Wrong package received
- Extra amount collected by the delivery executive
- PickUp Related Discrepency
Please write to us at care@pinkfort.co within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for investigation.To help us review your concern efficiently, you will be required to share a brief description of the issue along with a few follow-up questions. Additionally, clear images of the parcel and packaging (including any signs of damage or tampering) and an unpacking video are required, as these are essential for our investigation.
Please ensure that you retain the original packaging for 3–4 days after delivery, as claims may not be considered if the packaging is discarded too soon or if adequate information, images, and video proof are not shared. Also, items that have already been used will not be eligible for claims.
For both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, any applicable refund will be processed only after the investigation is successfully completed.
